Real estate · Israel

We Share

We Share is a real-estate agency network in Israel — the 3rd largest real-estate network in the country. Kaligon is co-founder and CTO. 8+ years running, 300+ agents on board.

Scouter is the platform the network runs on, and it is not one screen: fourteen modules in the agent’s sidebar, in Hebrew, covering the board of listings, customers, the deal, the calendar, agent-to-agent co-operation, comparative market analysis, remote document signing, and an academy the network trains in.

The work moves through it in one line. A call becomes a buyer and a match against every asset on the network; the listing lands on the board; the studio empties a room of its furniture, puts new furniture back, and turns the same photographs into a captioned reel with an agent presenting it; comparables argue the price; the contract is signed without anyone in a room.

$250M+ in deals closed on systems we built — closed by the agents, on the software Kaligon designed and runs.

Traffic Monitor

The nine screens on the home page are the system running, uncut — one incident each. Every vehicle and every person in frame carries a detection box, a class and its own tracking ID, held as they cross a junction and leave it rather than re-assigned frame to frame.

When something goes wrong the system says so in its own words, on the frame: potential collision, sudden stop, abnormal trajectory, dangerous driving, wrong way, pedestrian on road. And they escalate — a person stepping into live lanes in Fresno raises an amber warning that turns red as they reach moving traffic, and a car crossing a roundabout badly collects four flags that end on ACCIDENT LIKELY.

Behind the cameras is an operator board: recurring congestion by hour, lane utilisation, peak activity, and pedestrian zones measured by footfall and average dwell time. A tally counts all twelve turning movements through an intersection and increments as each vehicle completes one, and a 3D reconstruction draws every tracked trajectory in the colour of the movement it belongs to.

Which junctions, for whom, at what scale — unconfirmed. Two of the nine feeds run on MOT17-04, a public tracking benchmark, rather than on a deployed camera.

CityCam

One of two devices Kaligon designed and built in-house. Like the LTE modem beside it, the camera reports to Kaligon Mesh from the field — the same device layer the rest of the stack runs on.

The camera you can turn on the home page is the housing itself, not an illustration of it: the lens apertures, the IR ports and the sealed front window are the production geometry. It is published as a shell — the outer parts and nothing else. What sits inside an enclosure stays inside it, which is how every piece of client hardware on this site is handled.

Where the camera is deployed, for whom, since when and at what scale — unconfirmed.

Adport

Adport is portable out-of-home advertising in New York. Kaligon is co-founder and CTO. It proves every layer at once: AI, hardware, software, cloud, and cyber, inside one product that is live on the street.

AI schedules every screen by location and time, plans rider routes, and measures exposure. The software runs the network, and the site that sells it. The hardware — SB1 and X1 smart billboards, designed by Kaligon — puts dozens of units on Manhattan streets, with 30+ riders carrying screens, in a pilot with JOCO bike share.

The fleet reports back over Kaligon Mesh, live in the field. Units are managed, not just deployed — they stay under control after they ship.

Your right-hand man. Most AI just talks — I act, with my own phone, email, and browser to get real things done.

You said · OK JUST SEND ME THE LIST BEFORE FOR APPROVALOn it — let me hit Google Maps and Google Search now to find phone numbers for all 20+ leads before I send anything. Google Search is blocking the quick-fetch lane. Switching to the real browser — I'll pull phone numbers directly from Google Maps for each lead.

Kaligon Guardian

Your empty house,
watched.

A small wireless kit for summerhouses, cabins and any home that stands empty — it senses trouble and alerts you within seconds. No Wi-Fi, no installer, no camera.

  • Frost & temperatureFreeze warnings before pipes burst
  • Water leaksPucks at every wet spot — alarm on contact
  • Power failureReported in seconds, keeps running on battery
  • Humidity & mouldSlow-trend alerts, room by room
  • Doors & lights“Did I lock the back door?” — answered
  • Unexpected motionMovement when the house should be empty

Silence is an alarm.

If your house stops reporting — cut power, dead battery, stolen box — the Guardian cloud alerts you. It cannot fail quietly.

  • 3 yearsRoom unit battery
  • 24 hStill reporting, power cut
  • < 10 sMains loss to alert

How it works

  1. Place itStick units to the wall, drop pucks at the wet spots. Five minutes with a screwdriver.
  2. It links upRooms talk to the main unit over long-range radio that covers the whole house and outbuildings.
  3. You hear firstOne built-in cellular connection reports to the cloud — alerts by app, SMS and e-mail.

The kit

Guardian main unit — a flat wall-mounted box with sensor vents, a status LED and two leak-probe jacks
Main unit120 × 80 × 32 mm

Mains powered with battery backup, cellular built in.

Guardian sibling unit — a smaller battery-powered room unit with a motion lens and sensor vents
Sibling unit80 × 60 × 26 mm

Any room, 3-year battery, motion sensing. Plug it in and it extends the network.

Guardian Leak Puck — a small disc with four sensing contacts, which works whichever way it lands
Leak PuckØ 45 × 23 mm

Lives at the wet spots, senses water on either face.

Multiple rooms? Add siblings. Big garden? Any plugged-in sibling relays for the far outbuilding.

Privacy by design

No camera. No microphone.

It watches the house, never you.

Infrastructure

We didn't rent the stack.
We built it.

Eleven years of investment in our own technology infrastructure — the identity layer, the cloud, the device network and the edge that every Kaligon product runs on. Here is the whole thing, on one sheet.

How Kaligon's infrastructure worksAn engineering sheet. On the left, a Manhattan street with three Adport billboards; a hatched carrier-network band they punch through; a lighthouse and a relay on their tenant's private overlay. On the right, two identical facilities — us-south in Dallas and uk-south in London — joined by one arc labelled “same API in both regions”. Above them, the edge: a CDN written in Go and DDoS filtering, where one illustrative request is dropped and one is served from cache. Around all of it, one dashed border: Kaligon OAuth, which every system authenticates through.THE FIELDTHE OVERLAYTHE COREKALIGON — INFRASTRUCTURESHEET 04 · SCHEMATIC — NOT TO SCALEREV 11 — ONE PER YEAR SINCE 2015EVERY SPEC PUBLISHED: kaligon.cloud · mesh.scus-south · Dallasuk-south · LondonLIVELIVE01 · OUR OWN HARDWARE — NOT A HYPERSCALER05 · OPS — support and automation on software we controlsame API in both regions02 · KALIGON CLOUDkaligon.cloud ↗1 → 96 vCPU1 → 96 vCPUboot under 20sboot under 20slive migrationlive migrationsnapshots in secondssnapshots in secondsS3-compatible object storageS3-compatible object storageVPC · firewalls · floating IPsVPC · firewalls · floating IPsDNS · per-second billingDNS · per-second billingTHE EDGE — CDN written in Go · DDoS filtering, in front of everything we runedge locations · cache hit rate — figures pendingrequests · illustrativecache HITfiltered · dropped at edgeMANHATTANdozens of Adport SB1 / X1on-street, reporting homeCARRIER NETWORK · CGNAThole-punch through carrier NATlighthouserelay04 · KALIGON MESHa private overlay per tenant, for devices on carrier networksisolation is structural, not firewall rulesown CA · lighthouses · relays, per tenanthardware-rooted enrollment in the fieldbuilt on Nebula · control plane and hardware by Kaligonmesh.sc ↗KALIGON OAUTH — EVERY SYSTEM AUTHENTICATES THROUGH ITwhat it does — one line pendingRUNNING ON IT TODAYAdportWe ShareCyrusSoulFeedYour projectLEGENDstructure — facilities · the edgeKaligon OAuth — identity bordertenant overlay — Kaligon Meshrequests — illustrativewhere both paths landKaligon infrastructure: billboards on Manhattan streets and browsers both authenticate through Kaligon OAuth and land on Kaligon-owned hardware in Dallas and London.THE FIELDBROWSERSCARRIER NETWORK · CGNATMANHATTANdozens of Adport SB1 / X1on-street, reporting homelighthouserelayTHE EDGECDN written in Go · DDoS filteringrequests · illustrativefilteredKALIGON OAUTHus-south · DallasLIVESAME API IN BOTHuk-south · LondonLIVEOUR OWN HARDWARE — NOT A HYPERSCALERKALIGON — INFRASTRUCTURESHEET 04 · REV 11 — ONE PER YEAR SINCE 2015EVERY SPEC PUBLISHED: kaligon.cloud · mesh.sc
